Colby is in the Paper

Labor Day is a big deal here in Prosser. They also celebrate what they call States Day. They track visitors and locals original states of birth. They had 229 people sign up from 37 states. We have a parade and carnival and all kinds of things going on in town. This year Colby and his friend Justin Munn went to the carnival and while they were there they got their picture taken and put in the paper. I guess when you are at the carnival for 5 hours and ride the GRAVITRON 25 times, the odds are in your favor that you would be the one to end up in the paper.
